An accountant once told me business is easy " You sell a productm you supply a product and you get paid", Simple!
Well that doesn't account to marketing the product, producing the produce, maintaining the product, being there to back the customer up with spare parts and knowledge.
Marketing the product should include supplying a product that will save the customer their budget, that sounds contradictory doesn't it and yes it does, as they have to spend money to purhcase equipment to save costs. This is called payback and it's the way equipment can improve producivity in the way it processes the product to be marketable.
Many companies start with a passion to create a product that customers want and need, this then means the original producer has to learn how to not only create the product concept, also has to navigate the needs of the market to be able to make it marketable. This can mean supplying the product in sngle or multiples in packaging, labelled, with a best before date, packed into an outer case, then palletised wrapped and transported to storage ir the end user.
