An ideal outfeed conveyor

There are 2 options as outliigned below, the PVC Roller and Skatewheel. The difference with these is the Skatewheel transports product easier, but the PVC Roller is more robust.

The PVC Roller and Skatewheel Flexible Conveyors have been designed specifically as a cost effective solution to efficiently transport your product. The nature of this mobile conveyor makes it extremely versatile, due to its expanding concertina arrangement. The flexible conveyor is highly adaptable and can be pulled in and out as well as curved around corners, and obstacles allowing for limitless configurations.

This gravity conveyor is proven to dramatically decrease the time it takes to transport products smoothly and efficiently. Whilst in operation it's extremley user firendly and versatile, when it's not in operation it can be contracted to a fraction of its size for storage (please see specifications for closed lengths).

40 & 50mm diameter rollers as standard on the PVC Roller version, and 48mm diameter skate wheels as standard on the Skatewheel version mounted in a mild steel lattice frame with a bright zinc plated finish. When extended the roller pitch is 125mm, the conveyor is available in a range of standard lengths starting at 1,500mm to 9,500mm open. Connecting hooks can be used to join the flexibles together to configure infinite lengths.
